Showcasing a harmonious marriage of contemporary interiors and antique elements blended to create a welcoming, luxurious bathroom. The homeowner, a history teacher with a passion for the ancient world, had long dreamed of creating a comfortable Hamman-style bathing area that incorporated modern trends in interior design and technology in this second-floor country house space.

"The focal point of the room is the Hammam, which features a soft minimalistic design in pastel colours that seamlessly blends with the overall aesthetic"

We preserved the natural light by installing translucent roller blinds and wooden window shutters that can be easily side-shifted to access the windows. The homeowner enjoys lounging in the bathtub, so we also created a corner where she can unwind and watch a movie on the TV, discreetly located behind sliding doors.

Large sinks, reminiscent of antique bowls, are positioned by the windows for both practical and aesthetic appeal. A country house bathroom designed to remain timeless and captivating for years to come.
