We designed these living and bedroom schemes to be showcased at international architecture and interior design exhibition Global Design BATIMAT 2020.  We focused on showcasing the significance of utilising light to create a calming atmosphere and its impact on an individual's emotional and mental state upon returning home to unwind and de-stress

"A magnificent display of the harmonious blend of soft, natural shapes with the stark lines and angles of geometric forms"

The project's primary objective was to highlight the central element of any home - a spacious living room. Natural materials such as wood, concrete, metal and micro-cement add geometry and structure to this minimalist space while softening it with an abundance of textures.  The walls are adorned with tree trunk silhouettes that create an enigmatic atmosphere. A scattering of spotlights, akin to millions of stars, transforms the ceiling into a stunning night sky, while a large blue nubuck sofa provides a natural anchor.
